E-Con Uygulama Kullanım Koşulları

Bu Kullanım Koşulları (“Koşullar”), E-Con uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullanmadan önce dikkatle okunmalıdır. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

1. Hizmet Tanımı

E-Con, sağlık bilgisi ve yapay zeka destekli danışma hizmetleri sunan mobil bir uygulamadır. Uygulama, ücretsiz ve ücretli (Premium) abonelik seçenekleri sunar.

2. Kayıt ve Hesap

Kullanıcılar, telefon numarası veya diğer iletişim bilgileri vererek hesap oluşturabilir. Kullanıcı hesabı şahsına özeldir ve güvenliği kullanıcı sorumluluğundadır.

3. Abonelik ve Ödeme

Premium abonelik, Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) aracılığıyla sağlanır. Ücretli özelliklere erişim, abonelik süresi boyunca geçerlidir ve otomatik olarak yenilenir (auto-renewable subscription).

Abonelik iptali yalnızca Apple ID ayarları üzerinden yapılabilir.

4. Ücretsiz ve Ücretli Özellikler

Uygulamada ücretsiz kullanım temel işlevlerle sınırlıdır. Premium abonelik, genişletilmiş özelliklere erişim sağlar.

5. İçerik ve Sorumluluk

Uygulamada yer alan bilgiler eğitim amaçlıdır. Sağlıkla ilgili kararlar için profesyonel bir sağlık uzmanına danışmanız önerilir.

6. Verilerin Kullanımı

Kullanıcı verilerinin toplanması ve işlenmesi ayrı bir Gizlilik Politikası ile düzenlenir. Bu EULA, verilerin kullanımını açıklamaz.

7. Değişiklikler

E-Con, bu koşulları önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar.

8. Yürürlük ve Geçerlilik

Bu koşullar, uygulamayı ilk kullanmadan itibaren geçerlidir.

Users can create accounts using their phone number or email. Account access is private and the user is responsible for security.

3. Subscription and Payments
Premium features are available via Apple In-App Purchase (IAP). Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancellation must be done via Apple account settings.

4. Free vs. Premium Features
Free access is limited. Premium access includes extended features.

5. Content Disclaimer
Information provided in the app is educational and should not replace professional advice.

6. Data Use
User data collection is governed by the Privacy Policy, not this document.

7. Changes to Terms
E-Con may revise these Terms at any time.

8. Effective Date
These Terms are effective upon first use of the App.
